Show Jumping For Kid's!
Children love to be active! Children love to be on the move!
So what better activity to have than 'show jumping' for 2 legged horses!
We have a superb set of brightly coloured show jumps that double up for 'two legged horses' and 'four legged horses'. The jumps have been made with safety in mind with rounded corners and lightweight UVPC leg friendly poles. There are several heights to suit all ages and abilities. There are many varied designs including walls and water jumps!

Younger 'show jumpers'
This activity can be tailored to suit all ages andthis is always extremely popular .
For theyounger children we build the course (whilst they are engaged in another activity ~ so again no waiting around) and the course is tailored to suit. The children can just have fun or they can have a competition (they choose). They can have their 'round' timed, they can work as a pair and have their times added together (this we find is a nicer option) and we have personalised certificates for the winners in our prize giving ceremony.

Older 'show jumpers'
Well this is where we always see great competitive spirit! First of allwe do not build the course ~ the children get together and decide on what THEY want their jumps to look like, where they are put, heights and number of poles, starting point etc. Having designed their course most older children choose to have their own timed round (particularly the boys).We use a stop watch and their timed rounds are recorded on our outdoor board. They often choose to have a normal round and then a 'jump off' final round.
BEWARE!!!
There is also great hilarity when the children choose to design a course for the 'parents' and the parents are timed too (bring your trainers). Again there are personalised certificates for both parents and children which are given out in our award ceremony at the end of the party.
