Car Parking Availability

We have quite a lot of secure hardstanding parking here. We can usually accomodate an additional 8 vehicles in addition to our own three vehicles and our horsebox. However it would make life much easier if perhaps one or two of the parents could 'car share'. We would like to point out that parking here is entirely at your own risk and the propriaters of Pony Parties In Miniature will not be held responsible for any damage to visiting vehicles.

Large car parking area for several cars but it does help if you can car share.

Our Indoor Facility- "The party Den"

Still carrying on the theme of purple and yellow our highly decorated 'Party Barn' looks a treat and our party guests and their parents agree as well!
We have  music, spotlights, guests stools, coat hanging area, play table, vintage Haddon Rocking Horse, 10 interactive horses, drinks  table for adult refreshment and a very large party table fully decorated for eating in style.

We will happily provide you with plates , bowls and other items and our huge decorated table that will seat 8 children to enable you to bring your own birthday tea if you wish. We do of course provide unlimited drinks for children and adults alike but we do not provide bithday teas.

 We also have a special birthday throne with spotlight and bows makes your child feel very special.

Our Haddon Rocking Horse can be ridden by both children and adults! Yes adults have ridden it and really enjoyed the experience.

The Party Paddock

Everything here is set up and organised with safety in mind. We have a dedicated Party Paddock for all our outdoor fun activities to take place in. It is securely fenced and gated (which is kept shut at all times). The paddock is not grazed by our horses so always remains clean. It is fertilised to allow for a good covering of grass which keeps children cleaner and is regularly rolled and cut. As parents  you can view all the hilarious activities from the drive side of the fence meaning you have the best view in the house but you are not in the way either.

Parents watch their children having fun and join in the cheering!

All access gates have signs so the adults and children know which areas are accessible and to remind them to close gates.We are very safety conscious here.

 Wet Weather conditions. Occasionally due to extreme weather conditions we find our party paddock is too wet to use . This has in fact only ever happened twice and it was a time when we had all but two paddocks totally under water due to a week of non stop rain! If this situation does arrive we do have a very  large gravel area that we can use safely eliminating 'wet feet'. The horses are used to this surface and we have found it works well. Other areas are all block paved and clean.

Activities on our hardstanding area which we use when the party paddock is too wet to use. This only happens occasionally but works well.

A Special Welcome For Your Birthday Child

The thing about having a party is that you get to feel special!
Here at Pony Parties In Miniature it starts as soon as you get near to the venue. The children need to look out for purple and yellow bows (our themed colours) on the roadside. They will then turn into our long drive. At the top of the drive there will be a personalised sign with the birthday childs name on and they will then travel down the drive to the house-all along the drive will be purple and yellow bows to decorate the way.

Everything that we provide as far as we can we personalise with the birthday childs name. This MUST be a day to remember and feeling very special is all part of it!
NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR US HERE ~ Just ask ~ if it's possible, then we will do it for you!
